Neckles Rougier also known as “Pampy O”, “Pampie” & “PSV” – a Retired Inspector of Police of Pomme Rose, St. David who resided in Grand Anse Housing Scheme, St. George, passed away on Monday 21st April, 2025 at the age of 81

He was the loving husband of: Edith Thomas Rougier, Father of: Raquel and Nial in the USA, Loxton, Kemani, Dondie, Autho, Lisha and Donna in G’da, Stepfather of: Charmaine, Derek and Ronnie, Grandfather and great grand father of many in G’da and abroad including: Allena Thomas

Brother of: Lennox and Denis in G’da, Anna and Vicky in Canada and Loidette in Trinidad and Denise, Brothers & sisters in law, Sons & daughters in law, Nieces and nephews

Many other close relatives and friends including: Members of the Royal G’da Police Force, Pastor and members of the Maranatha Seventh-day Adventist Church, the Mitchell, Regis and Rougier families of St. David and St. Andrew the Thomas family of Chantimelle, The Rght Hon Dr. Keith Mitchell, Elder Nelson Raeburn and family, Roy Raymond and family, Cecil Gittens and family, the boys in the Limes & Housing Scheme, friends and neighbours of Pomme Rose, Grand Anse Housing Scheme, Marigot and Grand Roy

Funeral service on Friday 2nd May, 2025 at 1:00pm at The Seventh-day Adventist Church, Archibald Avenue, St. George’s  and entombment at the St. George’s Center Cemetery
